Come stay in our cozy home, equipped with a theater room to curl up and enjoy a favorite. With a fully blacked-out experience and a 75” TV, this will surely be enjoyed by many! Overall, you’ll find yourself in a comfortable home, perfect for family or friends. High-end bedding throughout with our signature down-filled comforter and soft Egyptian cotton duvet on each bed. The kitchen is well-appointed so the family cook should find meal prep a breeze! The house provides two bedrooms, both with a queen bed. Each also has its own closet and dresser. Both rooms have blackout curtains, great for kids, naps, or third-shift workers. There is a regular living room with a TV for seating and conversations, then there is also a second seating area with a huge TV, and a pull-out couch for movies. The windows and both doorways have blackout curtains to give you a nice dark theater experience! Guests will have access to the whole house, minus two locked closets for storage, the whole back yard, and the driveway. We are ALWAYS available by phone, text, or Airbnb message. We have 2 full-time weekday staff members named Chris and Hailey as well as 1 part-time staff member, Meredith, who assists us with everything from operations to admin. We keep a team-focused attitude to ensure all guests are treated like we would hope to be treated when traveling. This impactful detail keeps us focused on guests first and foremost. The house is located in a nice, family-friendly neighborhood. The neighborhood is safe and calm for a relaxing stay and a nice evening stroll. During your stay with us, you’ll find yourself close enough to downtown for events, but not close enough to have to deal with the traffic and noise. Friendly Center is less than 5 minutes away for shopping or going out to eat. There is room in the driveway for 3 cars, one behind another. While there is central HVAC, Each room has its own radiator heater, with a thermostat on the wall in each room to control the heat. It heats the home perfectly!
